OUR CHEF
Meet Our Executive Chef, John Wood!
Chef John Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2014 and since, helped open the Irishmen where he began his journey as a chef. Through great mentorship and training, John perfected his craft and found a passion for cooking steaks and other proteins. His latest chapter brought him to Rare Society Steakhouse as the Executive Chef where he was able to hone his skills with some of the best cuts of meat you can find! What sets John apart from the rest, is his ability to create his own flavors using non traditional processes and ingredients. From his dry aged beef tallow to our bourbon infused miso glaze, to his award winning fish & chips, every item on our menu has been meticulously designed by Chef John to create unforgettable flavor with every bite that will keep you coming back for more!
